As Founder and CEO of DEMENTIA Corporation, he leads its work in dementia training, consultation, advocacy, clinical research and care partnering. His teaching brings together modern dementia care practice, respectful language alternatives, person-centered communication and cultural awareness to promote dignity, autonomy and quality of life.
