Training

Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar

A full day of live online training with Dr Felix REGELE, focused on person-centered care, respectful language alternatives and care partnering, with practical skills in communication, responding to behaviors, safety and quality of life.

How it works

  • When: Any weekday, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time. Check the time in your own time zone.
  • Where: Live, instructor-led online seminar on Microsoft Teams
  • Length: About 7 hours of educational content, with breaks
  • Included: Digital Student Handbook (eBook) for every registered participant
  • Certificate: Certificate of Attendance for participants who attend the entire seminar
  • Registration: Closes 24 hours before the seminar starts. For groups, one contact person books for everyone.
The Certificate of Attendance is part of the documentation needed to apply for Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification. Eligible participants then apply directly to NCCDP at nccdp.org. Attending the seminar does not by itself confer certification.
